1. Acceptance of Terms

By adding Bond to your Discord server or using Bond's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use Bond.

2. Description of Service

Bond is an AI-powered Discord bot that enables server administrators to manage their Discord servers using natural language commands. Bond provides 60+ tools for managing channels, roles, permissions, moderation, and more.

3. Eligibility

To use Bond, you must:

  • Have Administrator permission in the Discord server where Bond is used
  • Be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by Discord)
  • Comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines

4. Permission System

Bond uses a permission-based system where write actions (actions that modify your server) require your explicit approval before execution. You can:

  • Allow actions once or permanently per server
  • Deny actions with optional feedback
  • Manage permissions using /permissions commands
  • Revoke all permissions at any time

You are responsible for reviewing and approving actions. Bond will not execute write operations without your consent.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Bond to:

  • Violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Distribute spam, malware, or malicious content
  • Attempt to exploit, hack, or reverse-engineer Bond
  • Circumvent usage limits or subscription restrictions
  • Use Bond for any illegal activities

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these terms.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Free Tier: Bond offers a free tier with 10 prompts per day. All features are available on all tiers.

Paid Subscriptions: Paid plans (Basic, Pro, Max) offer increased daily prompt limits. Subscriptions are billed monthly through Polar.sh.

Refunds: Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. Contact us for exceptional circumstances.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

7. Usage Limits

Daily prompt limits by tier:

  • Free: 10 prompts/day
  • Basic: 50 prompts/day
  • Pro: 250 prompts/day
  • Max: 1000 prompts/day

Limits reset at midnight UTC daily. Unused prompts do not roll over.

8. AI-Generated Actions

Bond uses artificial intelligence to interpret your commands and execute server management actions. While we strive for accuracy, AI may occasionally misinterpret commands or produce unexpected results. Always review the proposed actions before approval. You are responsible for the consequences of actions you approve.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Bond may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions.

10. Limitation of Liability

Bond is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of Bond.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bond, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of Bond after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Significant changes will be announced through our Discord server.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Bond at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may stop using Bond at any time by removing it from your server.
