A Carl-bot alternative
Carl-bot is the reference for reaction roles. The usual reason to look elsewhere is wanting the rest of the server managed the same way, without learning a second interface.
What's different
Reaction roles are one sentence to Bond, and the same sentence-based approach covers channels, permissions, moderation and scheduled posts — rather than a separate configuration surface per feature.
@Bond Post a role picker in #roles for Gaming, Music and Art, and give the role when someone reacts
When to stay on Carl-bot
Stick with Carl-bot if reaction roles are the only thing you need and you want the deepest possible options for them. It is good at reaction roles and logging and there is no prize for switching tools you are happy with.
Running both
You do not have to choose. Bond does not take over anything another bot is doing — add it alongside Carl-bot, use it for the things that are awkward today, and move the rest over only if you want to.
